This salad is bursting with flavour & nutrients to keep you glowing & strong:

Here is what you’ll need per person:
2 cups Arugula, chopped
1-2 Peaches (pitted, cut in half)
1/4 cup Red Onion (sliced)
¼ cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
2 Tbsp Goat Feta

Dressing: (2 servings)
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Raw Honey
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Garlic Clove, chopped

How to make:Â
- Preheat the grill over medium heat. Alternatively, heat up a cast iron pan and add 1 tsp coconut oil. Grill peaches and onion until a golden brown & caramelized, flipping once. Remove from heat and slice up peaches.
- Meanwhile, combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and buzz until smooth.
- Assemble salad and drizzle with dressing. Enjoy!
