We have added all the ingredients to help you take on this season feeling resilient & fabulous:
- Lentils + hemp seeds provide fibre & protein to keep you full, energized, & balance your blood sugar to avoid dips & lulls in your day

Recipe:
- 1 cup of dry red lentils, rinsed well & picked over
- 1 large onion, chopped finely
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups kale, finely sliced
- 3 celery stalks, chopped finely
- 1 Tbsp coriander
- 2 tsp Eversio Wellness Balance blend mushroom powder
- 418ml can/jar of chopped tomatoes
- 4 cups broth of choice
- ½ tsp pink salt
- 1 organic lemon, zested + juiced
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
Toppings (optional)
- Radish sprouts
- 4 Tbsp hemp seeds
How to make:
- Heat oil in a medium pot & sauté onions & celery for 5 minutes with salt. Add in kale, garlic, lemon zest, coriander & functional mushroom powder & stir for 1 min.
- Add in tomatoes & broth. Stir well.
- Cover & bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer for about 15-20 min, or until the lentils are soft. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
- Serve hot with hemp seeds & a slice of lemon.
