.When it’s hot hot hot, try this cooling, nourishing, and delicious iced tea!

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), fresh mint, goji berries, and raw honey are considered powerful ingredients for cooling the body, nourishing the yin, and supporting digestion. Fresh mint has cooling properties that help clear heat and soothe the digestive tract, making it effective for relieving heartburn. Goji berries are rich in antioxidants and are known to nourish the yin, promoting hydration, reducing yin deficiency symptoms like hot flashes, and support overall vitality & longevity as an adaptogenic food. Raw honey has natural anti-inflammatory properties and can help soothe the stomach lining, reducing irritation and discomfort. Lemon, with its sour flavor, helps to generate fluids, cool heat, and support digestion & liver. An over-heated liver can lead to more irritability, anger, frustration, hormonal & digestion problems, so make sure to nurture that liver!
