Cleansing Spring Tonics & Soups

Join us for a fun and educational experience where you’ll learn how to become more resilient to stress and raise your energy levels. We will cover ways to tonify the digestive system, liver, and skin, to re-energize your body and mind. The workshop will give you insight to what’s really at the root of your energy slumps, belly bloat, and hormonal imbalance and introduce you to strategies to overcome fatigue and afternoon crashes with delicious spring tonics and soups!
Covered in the workshop:
- Functional drinks for women looking to increase energy without caffeine
- Herbal tonics for spring to support the liver and hormonal health
- Design your very own herbal blend to help with conditions like constipation, acne, water retention, or hot flashes
- How to make a spring detox green juice with the most powerful spring superfoods
- Blended soups for a quick and rejuvenating meal
- The in person class includes all supplies needed. Virtual class with have access to recipes, herbal guides, and shopping lists prior to event to come prepared!
This workshop is hosted by Annaliisa Kapp, from Annaliisa’s Organic Kitchen. Space is very limited and early bird pricing is on until April 21st!

Rejuvenating Morning Retreat
Rejuvenating Day Retreat

Location: West Coast Hot Yoga (White Rock)
In this morning retreat you will be guided through a physical experience to relieve tension, stress, and anxiety from the body through a nourishing and calming yoga and acupuncture class, followed by a nutrition workshop and demonstration, with light refreshments and treats.
This retreat is for women who want to:
- Experience a fun, rejuvenating, and relaxing morning
- Use natural ways to improve their health and increase energy with yoga, nutrition and acupuncture
- Learn about tools to cope with stress, insomnia, and fatigue
- Discover fun ways to create new ‘healthyfied’ recipes and try tonifying elixirs
