Basil + Pistachio Pesto
Enjoy with cooling cucumber, radishes, or gluten free crackers! If you add extra olive oil, you can use this pesto for pizza or pasta toppings or even salad dressing!

Fresh Basil
packed

pistachios

large garlic
roughly chopped

lemon juice

lemon zest

Himalayan salt

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
Roughly chopped basil and garlic add all ingredients in to a blender, except the olive oil. Pulse to mix slowly, then stream in olive oil.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
