This smoothie gives you roughly 15 grams of protein – if you want to pump it up to 20, add a scoop of collagen or 1/2 scoop of your favourite protein powder!

- 2 cups unsweetened vanilla oat milk or another milk of choice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 banana
- 1.5 cups organic raspberries frozen
- 2 cups kale stem removed, chopped
- 6 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
