Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Add sliced sweet potato to a roasting pan, top with 1 tsp of avocado oil & a sprinkle of salt. Roast for 20-25 minutes. 
  2. Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add avocado oil. Add chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, then add shredded sweet potato & zucchini with ¼ tsp salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then add garlic for another 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
  3. Combine sauteed vegetables, egg, ground turkey, mustard, basil, Rejuvenate mushroom powder & sea salt together in a bowl. Mix well and shape into 6 to 7 even-sized patties.
  4. Heat grill or pan over medium heat. Add the patties and grill for about 7 to 8 minutes per side or until cooked through. (use 2 tsp of oil if using stove top)
  5. Prepare salad & top with olive oil + balsamic to taste.
  6. When burgers are done, serve them on top of the salad with your favourite condiments. Makes 4-5 servings. Enjoy!
