  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, vanilla and honey. Mix well and spread evenly over watermelon.
  2. Slice your fruit into small uniform sized pieces and sprinkle over watermelon.
  3. Garnish with mint and shredded coconut.
  4. Serve chilled!
