- 2 cups arugula packed
- 1 cup cannellini beans cooked & rinsed
- 1 nectarine ripe, sliced
- 3 Tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 Tbsp feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp pure maple syrup
