Is it actually a shady but tech savvy dude in a basement writing the health information you came across?

For me personally, the journey started about 6 years ago. I was in my twenties, care free and my major health goal was to stay skinny. A few too many wild nights eventually started taking a toll on my liver, which led to an array of toxicity symptoms. Left with hormonal imbalance, digestive issues and acne, I was on my way to looking and feeling like crap. As I began to search for answers, I met with many alternative healers, all of whom gave me a glimpse in to healing my body naturally. After seeing the powerful way in which whole foods and natural therapies can effect our health, I immediately wanted to shout what I knew from the rooftop. To further help the people around me, I studied applied holistic nutrition and became a registered nutritionist.
