Foods like garlic, onion, kale, & cabbage provide nutrients such as sulforaphane and indole-3-carbinol, needed for sulfation, the main detox pathway for environmental chemicals,  certain drugs and food additives.

Adding an antioxidant-rich blend of functional mushrooms from oyster, chaga, tremella, lion’s mane, shiitake, and maitake, works synergistically to support cellular health and protect against oxidative stress. By helping to reduce mitochondrial DNA damage, these powerful mushrooms may play a role in slowing the aging process and promoting healthy detoxification.

Salad:

1 cup Kale, thinly sliced

1 cup Green Cabbage, shaved or very thinly sliced

3 slices Red Onion

3 Marinated Artichokes, quartered

½ Avocado, thinly sliced

1 Chicken Thigh, cooked & sliced

Dressing:

2 Tbsp Lime Juice

2 Tbsp Tahini

1 Tbsp Hot Water

1 tsp Honey

½ tsp Turmeric Powder

½ tsp 6 Mushroom Blend by Eversio Wellness

1 Garlic Clove, minced

Pinch Sea Salt

How to make: 

In a large bowl, add the cabbage and kale. Add a sprinkle of sea salt and massage with your hands to soften the veggies. 

Add all dressing ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth. 

Add cabbage and kale mix into a serving dish, top with chicken, artichokes, avocado, and onion, then drizzle with dressing.
