We all know we should eat our greens and veggies, but with our busy schedules it’s easy to grab take out or depend on the same old lettuce, tomato, cucumber combo. Then we get bored, and that’s when we fall off the health wagon and reach for junk food, sugar and other nutrient void food.

When we are held accountable for our actions and challenges, we are more likely to stick to our healthy habits. Sofor ten days, I will provide new creative and delicious salad recipes with mouthwatering healthy dressings, along with shopping tips and nutritional benefit information.
